Same things just 4 months later

I'm back in Edinburgh and looking for work and a place to live, nothing like having two challenges at once. So it's back to trawling the listings, it's a full time job....well I like to think so, shame it doesn't pay well. The good news in Edinburgh is that there are far fewer 'Female Preferred' listings, it seems we're not as choosy here.

It's good to be back, it was a little strange at first, which I think was more to do with circumstances than location. I also seem to have got over the jetlag which took much longer than usual; I've watched a lot more late night TV, which seems to centre around calling into a show to answer a question something like this.

'2x4, plus three plus 5 - 1 * 2. How many numbers are there?' The answer is always obsqure...I believe the answer to this one is 'aubergine'

No matter how bad the jetlag is, you know it's time to stop watching TV when the best thing on is highlights of the World Indoor Bowls Championship, which this year is held in Potters Leisure Resort, Norfolk…. fascinating.
