Arrived

Day 1 in the big brother house....sorry, need to stop that. My first day in Vancouver, arrived OK, managed to stay up until 10:30pm before crashing out. The jetlag is really kicking in at the moment, but my good friend caffiene is by my side. Speaking of caffiene, you'd think Starbucks was born here not Seattle! Sooo many, I'll be trying as many alternative caffiene outlets as possible, maybe i'll keep a list of top 5 coffee places...or is that just a little too sad?

My plan for the next couple of days is to look around a few areas to see which looks good to live in. So far i've wandered around the West End which seems OK, I heard a lot of British accents on my walk which may put me off a bit-i'd like to meet some Canadians while I'm here.

Right that's enough drivel for now, need to meet up with my fellow BUNAC people and get some food, and maybe a pint or two :-)
